I made this the other day and it was so delicious. Everyone loved it even the texture-sensitive husband.
Instead of lime juice, I suggest pulsing a diced whole lime and a cup or two of water first though, then straining through a sieve and using this with the rest of the recipe. The skin gives it just the right little bit of bitter.
