We were drinking at an outside bar where the mint was growing at the bartender’s finger tips and Cuban Rum made a difference. Also they were not too sweet.

I recently discovered muddling 1 jalapeño on its own in the glass, and using juice premise in a juicer from a cucumber with this drink as well. Muddling cucumber works as well but either way you do it, the jalapeño gives it a KICK and mixes deliciously with the cucumber :-)
